इतिहास में आज का दिन बेहद खास था। सिंधु जल समझौता, तीन तलाक को गैरकानूनी ठहराने के लिए पहली बार ऑर्डिनेंस जारी हुआ। लेकिन, बाटला हाउस एनकाउंटर जैसी कड़वी यादें भी आज के साथ जुड़ी हैं, जब देश ने अपने जांबाज सिपाही को खो दिया था। दो साल पहले तीन तलाक देना बना अपराध दो साल पहले देश में बहुत बड़ा बदलाव हुआ था। 2017 में जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तीन तलाक को अवैध करार दिया था और सरकार से इस पर कानून बनाने को कहा था। तब 2018 में 19 सितंबर को केंद्र सरकार ने पहली बार अध्यादेश जारी किया था। इसमें तीन तलाक देने को अपराध बनाया था। ऑर्डिनेंस को कानून बनाने के लिए लोकसभा ने 27 दिसंबर 2018 को पारित किया था। लेकिन, चुनावों की वजह से राज्यसभा में यह पारित नहीं हो सका था। दोबारा जब नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में एनडीए की सरकार बनी, तब 30 जुलाई 2019 को राज्यसभा से यह पारित हुआ और कानून बना। अब पूरे देश में तीन तलाक गैरकानूनी है। 2008 में बाटला हाउस एनकाउंटर बाटला हाउस एनकाउंटर के दौरान दिल्ली पुलिस के जवान। दिल्ली के बाटला हाउस में 19 सितंबर 2008 की सुबह एनकाउंटर हुआ था। उससे ठीक एक हफ्ता पहले 13 सित...
